Christmas came early for the 100 people who attended the shooting for the latest episode of Techduology Live in Subang Jaya, Selangor on Saturday.

For the third year in a row, bloggers, tech enthusiasts, and followers of Techduology – an online tech review webcast created, produced and hosted by blogger Jason Goh (better known as) Smashpop and radio deejay Loh Ben Jern – had the chance to party and win stuff from the tech -savvy duo.

This time, they also had comedian Kuah Jenhan join in the fun and the trio entertained the crowd with their funny antics.

“I’m so excited!” said Loh before the event even started, and it was obvious that he was because he was practically hopping on the spot.

“Get your phone ready. Have you checked in to Foursquare yet? Do it now! Do you know the hashtags? They’re #techduolive, and #techduology.”

In the Christmas spirit of giving, the duo did in fact have a large red paper bag filled with gadgets to review and for the attendees to win.

“These Techduology guys are so well informed, they made my smart phone look not that smart.” said Kuah, who was introduced to many gadgets that he didn’t even know existed.

Like all good things, Techduology Live had to come to an end although it wasn’t just for the day. “This is the last Techduology Live,” announced Goh to a surprised audience.

However, the duo were quick to clarify that it doesn’t mean an absolute finale for the series.

“We mean that this is the last time Techduology will be in this format,” said Loh. “We’re going to change things up a little. Techduology is going to be bigger! We’ll become MicroTechduology in a bigger way!”

After assuring the audience that he hadn’t just contradicted himself, Loh promised that 2014 is going to be a great year for Techduology.
