The biggest supporter of Yim Hor Yew’s cheerleading career was her mother, who would always send her to training. Sadly, she passed away last year.

Hor Yew told her story to dancer and TV host Dennis Yin, the CHEER Celebrity Supporter for her team, Calyx All-Girls from Catholic High School.

Calyx All-Girls will be one of over 40 teams taking part in the CHEER 2015 Finals, on Aug 15 at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre. Admission is free, so come join us to see how Hor Yew and her team does at the finals!
